Jaime Gracia, PMP, CPCM, CFCM, Fellow
Mr. Gracia is President and CEO of Seville Government Consulting, LLC. He is an experienced consultant in government contracting and procurement processes, focusing on small business and government clients. He has 20 years of professional experience providing consulting support for the acquisition and management of services and technology in the government and commercial sector including numerous DoD and Federal civilian agencies, which includes providing consulting services to federal clients in the use of innovative acquisition techniques using social media platforms, Big Data and data analytics/data mining, and Web 2.0 methodologies and tools to development improved buying processes such as strategic sourcing initiatives, internal acquisition knowledge libraries, service contract inventories, AcqStat reviews, and working with the General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP), and the American Council for Technology (ACT) Industry Advisory Council (IAC) on the Better Government IT initiative, OMB 25 Point IT Reform Plan, and the MythBusters initiative to improve government and industry collaboration. Recent engagements include cybersecurity and research and development programs.
Mr. Gracia has proficiency in small business operations and entrepreneurship, having owned and consulted on several ventures in the retail, government, and financial sectors. His expertise is focused on business to government (B2G) marketing, and helping small businesses with capture management and business development in the federal space, in addition to increasing current federal business and expanding contracting projects.
His program management experience includes overseeing numerous federal technology initiatives, including several ACAT IA MAIS and ACAT III projects for defense clients, and multi-million-dollar technology projects for civilian agencies.
Mr. Gracia is an author and speaker on various federal government and contracting issues facing our nation, and is an active member of numerous trade and industry association.
